As of today, LPO's can no longer be used.  Please turn in your books to 
me or Nancy.  

The new form is a DPO -- Departmental Purchase Order.  It replaces LPO's,
IIV's, Check Requests, Central Stores orders, and purchase requisitions
for $2000 or less.  Each department is now responsible for keeping track
of which numbers are issued to whom, so please go through Nancy or me to
get these forms.  And please RETURN ALL COPIES TO NANCY OR ME for
processing (except you can give the white copy to the vendor). We'll have
more detailed information for you later.
