For each files
   1st line: nt, t0, dt
       nt-number of points, t0-source origin to the begining of the records,
       dt-time step
   next nt lines: Displacement (cm) in North, East, and Down
   next nt lines: Velocity (cm/sec) in    North, East, and Down
   next nt lines: Acceleration (cm/s/s) in North, East, and Down

In the current simualtions, the static deformation in the displacement
is not reliable because the time window is not long enough.
