Thanks are due as well to Don Pei, Jim Scott, Aasha Pancha, Matt Clark, intern Alex Messinger, and many others. The archive will contain public-domain measurements that our group had a part in producing. So the Reno and Las Vegas transect data are there (Los Angeles coming soon), as are other sites we helped measure. Barbara Luke's site http://www.ce.unlv.edu/egl/lv_archives/ continues to be the authoritative archive for Las Vegas Valley. Complete results are there; only some of the files are reproduced on our site. All of the individual velocity profiles are in a simple and easy-to-read format developed by Barbara Luke. There is also a code http://www.seismo.unr.edu/vs/archive/getv30.c for quickly generating depth-averaged velocities such as Vs30 from files in the archive format. -John Louie
