Faculty Position In Aquatic Microbiology/Hydrobiology (tenure track)

Department: Environmental Hydrology and Microbiology

Institute: Institutes for Water Sciences and Technologies, The Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research, Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Qualification: Ph.D. in environmental microbiology or relevant field, postdoctoral experience, record of excellence in research on microbiology of aquatic environment.

Responsibilities: Research in the area of classical and/or molecular microbial ecology of water bodies (groundwater,  etc.), biological treatment of wastewater and bioremediation. 

Teaching: Graduate courses in the area of expertise in the Albert Katz School for Desert Research.

Starting Date: Position will remain open until a qualified candidate will be identified
