Thanks John for your message. All apologies are accepted and the data is
yours to use as you see fit. However, we do request that the use of the
data is acknowledged and that we are made aware of how it is being used
and by whom. Since we have spent tens of thousands of public dollars
developing this information, we think we have every right to know. I'm
not sure I can attend next Monday, but will check it out and let you
know later this week.

We would like very much to continue our collaboration with your
colleagues, but obviously, one way streets are not acceptable. Mike
